Diamond launches video series to connect to owners
Diamond Resorts has launched a new video series called “Moments with Diamond“, an innovation designed to give its 500,000 owners and 10,000 team members a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s celebrity ambassadors and upcoming experiential, Event of A Lifetime, schedule.
The video series will serve as a reminder planning opportunity for our members to get ahead of the demand curve and book their upcoming vacation schedules around one of its award-winning Event Of A Lifetime, shows and events.
This first episode is a Memorial Day Special focused on the US Army, and features wounded warrior and Diamond Ambassador, Chad Phifer. Diamond’s CEO Mike Flaskey is also joined in this episode with Golf Channel personality and Diamond Ambassador, Blair O’Neil.
“Memorial Day can be a busy time in our industry, marking the unofficial start of summer,” explained Flaskey.
“Whether you’re working to deliver unforgettable vacations to our members, owners and guests, or enjoying a barbecue with family, I encourage each of you to take a moment to remember what this holiday is really about – the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
“Because this holiday is so special to us, we knew we had to launch Moments with Diamond with Chad, who graciously spoke about how he used golf to overcome many challenges.
“We also discussed tips for veterans transitioning out of the armed forces and he shared some of his personal goals as a professional golfer.”
