Anantara partners with China Southern Airlines

Leading Asian vacation ownership programme Anantara Vacation Club has partnered with China Southern Airlines to enhance the travel opportunities available to its Club Points Ownership base.

Elite Club Points Owners can now convert their points into China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl Club air miles, while Sky Pearl Club members will be able to earn miles when staying at select Anantara Vacation Club Resorts.

This new partnership brings greater flexibility to Club Points Owners travelling to and from China, while providing increased earning opportunities for China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl Club members.

China represents Anantara Vacation Club’s largest market, with a vast majority of Club Points Owners hailing from the nation. China Southern Airlines is also Asia’s largest airline in terms of fleet size.

This new partnership allows Anantara Vacation Club to strengthen its presence in the region, while offering increased flexibility and travel opportunities to its Club Points Owners as they plan their future holidays.

Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners will be offered the opportunity to convert their Club Points into China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl Club miles, providing them with access to over 223 destinations across 40 countries.

Maurizio Bisicky, Anantara Vacation Club’s chief operating officer, said: “With direct flights to Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bali and Dubai being offered from China, this partnership makes it more convenient for our Ownership base to make use of their Anantara Vacation Club Points to fly to their preferred Club destinations.”

Club Points Owners will be able to convert their Club Points at the rate of 1 Anantara Vacation Club Point to 3.5 China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club miles.
