The award-winning vacation club was established in Malta in 2003 in a joint venture between Island Hotels Group Holdings PLC and Silverpoint Group Holdings. The partnership developed the five-star Radisson BLU Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, a resort located above the picturesque Golden Bay and surrounded by countryside views. For the past decade, Azure has provided a range of luxury lifestyle vacation industry products in their portfolio.
Having started with just 26 staff, the company now employs a 133-strong team and has a membership client base of more than 6,000 member families from Europe, Asia, Scandinavia and America.
