Prime Investimenti sri, an Italian real estate company based in Prato Italy, has announced plans to open a luxurious 31-apartment vacation ownership resort to be known as Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne in the Tuscan countryside, close to the hilltop village of Peccioli.

Mirco Clementoni, president of Prime Investimenti, also confirmed that Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has been appointed to provide sales and marketing services for weekly vacation ownership intervals at the resort, and Best International has been appointed to provide sales and marketing services in connection with fractional intervals at the resort. HGV will also be responsible for providing homeowners’ association management services and resort operations.

Developed by Prime Investimenti, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne resort is expected to open early in 2013, and will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is being constructed with regional Tuscan architectural influences, whilst embracing contemporary international accommodation standards.

Following extensive work to locate and receive permissions for this project, we're now in an exciting position to launch the fabulous properties of Borgo alle Vigne”

The project will maximise the proven capabilities of HGV, the vacation ownership division of Hilton Worldwide, leveraging 20 years of expertise in vacation ownership sales, marketing and resort operations services. All weekly and fractional intervals sold will include membership in Hilton Grand Vacations Club, providing owners with distinctive global travel advantages and membership in the renowned Hilton HHonors guest loyalty programme that features more than 3,750 hotels across ten leading brands worldwide. In Europe, the brand successfully provides resort management and sells ownership intervals for popular vacation ownership resorts in the Scottish Highlands and Portugal.
