We're joined for a second time by Jason Tremblay, co-founder and chief executive officer of SellMyTimeshareNow.com, for a special edition of the show where we talk about the stories making headlines across the timeshare industry.

Tremblay introduces a new licensed brokerage system making it easy for owners to sell their timeshare. Now those wanting to exit from their timeshare ownership can either handle the sale themselves, or appoint an independent broker to manage the sale on their behalf.

We talk about Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket's new maintenance fee protection programme for timeshare owners, and RCI's existing Exchange and Points Protection products which provide enhanced cancellation rights on confirmed bookings. It all adds up to a carefree package designed to bring an additional layer of confidence to the timeshare owner when making holiday plans.

We move on to the subject of surveys - with one showing a huge level of satisfaction in the timeshare product among US owners, the other looking to understand the industry better and donating to one of timeshare's favourite charities in return for your help.

Finally we look at the potential for developers working with a resales company.
