Gardner Bougaard talks to Today's Timeshare about the EU Timeshare Directive and the UK consultation launched earlier this month by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS).

RDO is working with its members to provide BIS with a detailed document responding on behalf of the shared ownership industry to the Directive and how it will affect sales and marketing in the UK.

The EU Timeshare Directive will be implemented across all member states by February 23, 2011.
