Spanish resort developer Novaterra has appointed Citadel Trustees Ltd to provide bespoke escrow and stakeholder services for the shared-ownership programme at its resort Arcos Gardens Golf Club & Country Estate.

The award-winning Spanish development, which is a member of The Registry Collection, the world’s largest luxury exchange programme, is located 20 minutes from the city of Jerez de la Frontera, home of the world’s most important sherry bodegas, and surrounded by the Andalucian countryside.

The exclusive development is comprised of luxury residences overlooking one of Europe’s finest golf courses. Its shared-ownership programme consists of 10 four-bedroom villas that will be offered in one-eighth shares, allowing six weeks’ usage per year in addition to the upscale furnishings and amenities that include a golf membership.
