Myriam Salfi
Heroes of Sales and Marketing has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of two familiar faces from the timeshare industry.
Myriam Salfi and Paul Chapman have been brought in as marketing director and sales director respectively.
Salfi was a leading light in the marketing division at the RMI Consortium (now Petchey Leisure) between 2001 and 2007. She later occupied senior roles at Club La Costa and Barceló Hotels & Resorts.
She will take charge of all aspects of lead generation and marketing. Said Heroes' proprietor Ian Goddard: "Myriam will help me build the tour flow aspect of the business to provide new purchasers of our products."
Chapman is promoted to director of sales following an impressive 18 months at the company. He has been credited with excellent results against a tough year of trading for the industry at large.
As part of his new role, Chapman will oversee all on-site sales activities.
Goddard added: "It is our intention to continue to provide innovative thinking and professional sales teams to work in concert with our developer partners delivering sales and marketing products to produce new members for the next timeshare generation."
